The SUNY Faculty Advisory Council on Teaching and Technology (FACT2) is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the third annual FACT2 Symposium. This year’s Symposium topic is Virtual and Alternative Labs for the STEM subjects. The Symposium will be held Friday, April 7 at SUNY System Administration in Albany, NY in the Large Courtroom.
STEM instructors talk about using virtual/alternative labs and have been asking the following questions: How can technology promote the development of scientific reasoning and methodology? What do we know and what do we still question about virtual/alternative labs? How can we use technology to help our STEM students learn more effectively and in a cost-efficient manner?
Attend the FACT2 Symposium on Virtual/Alternative labs for STEM subjects to hear your colleagues talk about using technology to enhance education. You can view the full Program and Register at http://www.cvent.com/d/q5qmcx.
