Event Description

A new free and openly-licensed resource has been developed as a companion to the OSCQR rubric that significantly expands and enhances the explanations and examples that correspond to each OSCQR standard.

OSCQR.org can be used as a stand-alone informational website, but is intended to be used in conjunction the OSCQR rubric as a resource to provide more in-depth explanations of each standard, provide ideas and examples of how to address each standard, to provide citations and information that support each standard, and to facilitate additional contributions crowd-sourced from the users of OSCQR.

To access the resource visit: OSCQR.org

OSCQR.org provides the online course reviewer with additional resources for each standard, including:

  1. A full explanation of the standard, including a micro-learning video designed to explain the standard and share examples.
  2. A list of examples, ideas, and suggestions to improve, or address the standard as a supplement, or to inform the reviewers recommendations.
  3. Related research that provides reputable evidence and scholarly support for the standard.
  4. Effective practices from TOPR and OLC (if any).
  5. The opportunity to submit additional examples, evidence, and best practices for consideration to be added to the site.

An informal informational webinar will be offered March 28 at noon (ET) that will provide a brief overview of OSCQR.org.

Access the webinar at noon (ET) on March 28, 2019:
