I am looking to create or use guidelines for online learning. I want to include things like: 

• How long does an instructor have to reply to a student email? 
• When does weekly feedback need to be done? 
• How often does the instructor need to be present in the class during the week? 

I taught for another online institution and they had specific guidelines for online teaching. I could create something, but I wanted to know if SUNY had specific guidelines I could use.
