Hello, all!

I'm wondering if anyone knows of some substantial open education resources for, say, human sciences?

I'm currently putting together a collection of OERs in prepartion for rebuilding a biology and a nutrition course, and would like to pool as much of a list together as I can before carefully selecting which ones to choose and provide to students for alternative and/or extended instruction.

Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
