I am trying to find out how many and which universities are using Blackboard Enterprise Survey for class evaluations. If  you are using ES for your evaluations can you let me know and would you be willing to share your instrument used?   We are looking to try and move to ES for class evaluations, but as always reliability concerns are influencing the discussion with faculty.  Thanks, Rick
