Here are some things you can do to get started "sharing what you know":

• Read about the COTE Community of Practice to learn more about our community!
• Learn about the Open SUNY Fellow roles and join the community of practice.
• Familiarize yourself with the community guidelines.
• Add yourself to the member map.
• Check out the FAQs.
• Add a photo and customize your profile. The more you share, the more we can connect.
• Introduce yourself in the "who are you?" FORUM.
• Consider replying to someone else's FORUM or BLOG post.
• Create a FORUM to start a discussion on any topic you want to share.
• Create a BLOG post to share your more formally articulated thoughts or opinions, and invite comments. Blog posts are submitted for approval.
• Browse the effective practices posted. Share an effective practice of your own!
  
• Learn how to share resources with the community. 
• Share a video, photo, link, or event.
• Join a group. If you would like to start a new group, create one and submit it for approval.
• Invite a colleague that might be interested in this community.
• Subscribe to site updates in a reader of your choice.
• Sign up for a daily email digest of the activity in this community.
• Use this RSS feed to track all FORUM discussions and replies.

  • Use the BLOG RSS feed to keep track of all new BLOG posts.
  • Look for the RSS feed on the discussion or post page to track all the comments to a FORUM discussion, or BLOG post.
