Thank you for approving my request to join this great community. I am teaching an online course this summer and really looking forward to learning more from this great community. I just shared some info about myself. I'm looking forward to learning more about teaching online from this community.
Hi Alex, awhile you posted (or sent?) an article about using FB in your class (if I remember correctly I liked it better than the ones I'm finding through a Google search). Do you still have that? Thanks for any help!
Hi Alex! It's about time that I finally got around to joining this community! So glad to be working with you again! Thanks for the helpful information, I'll try to get myself situated over the next few days.
Actually, I never heard back from the application to join and thought it had been rejected. I was excited to get your email yesterday inviting me to an activity. I will catch up with how things work here and hopefully I can share some of what I have learned over the years about teaching (and learning) online and learn some new tricks from others. Glad to be here!!
Hi Alex, thank you for the warm welcome. It was great to meet you at CIT. Once I add my picture to my profile you'll see that I'm Teresa Schichler's pal. I'm excited to be part of this group and learning more about instructional design.
Hi Alex! Thanks for the warm welcome. This is a great site. When I can get my head out of some of the grant proposals I'm working on, I'll fill in my content and regale you with my online teaching savvy (which is slim to none, but very creative!). But, as a lifelong learner, I take many online classes offered in many types of modalities. So, I expect my engagement will be more focused on sharing grant funding opportunities and information that I glean that is content appropriate.
